How does the process begin?
It's really easy. If you give us a brief description of your needs, we can provide you with a phone estimate. Because no one likes surprises, we will physically tour your home or office prior to the first cleaning to review all the specifics and to give you an exact price.
What is Customized Cleaning?
WestFair Cleaning is NOT a franchise. We can design a cleaning plan that satisfies all of your specific needs. Need laundry done – no problem.
Who provides the supplies and equipment?
Typically, our crew comes prepared with all the necessary supplies and equipment. If requested, we can utilize your preferred brands.
What happens if you break something?
Not to worry. WestFair Cleaning is fully insured and will either replace the item or file a claim when appropriate.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we do. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, just call us within 24 hours and we'll come back at no charge.
Do I need to be home?
No. Some of our clients prefer to be present and others simply leave us a key.
